KAN Development was recognized as Developer of the Year

In Fairmond Grand Hotel Kiev, on November 24, there was held the 13-th award ceremony of International festival-competition Choice of the Year 2013. 

According to the results of marketing research in the category Development Company of the Year a victory gained KAN Development. For 12 years of presence on Ukrainian real estate market it has successfully realized more than 1 million square meters and is developing simultaneously about 15 projects at various stages of implementation. 



Currently, KAN Development has prosperous experience in real estate management system: creation of concepts, design, construction and operation of A-class business centers, premium-segment retail and entertainment centers, multi-level commercial parking lots, residential complexes.
