The hugest capital mall Respublika will be opened on time

Construction readiness of Respublika will allow to open this shopping mall in May 2015. These terms were confirmed by the representatives of project developer KAN Development during pre-arranged meeting with the customer Megapoliszhytlobud LLC and its contractors. 

“Currently we involve 1187 people and 71 small and big equipment machineries on the construction site. The progress is unprecedented, all recourses of contractors are applied. Laying of the finishing layer of asphalt is accomplishing on the territory of the site. Particularly, right now the works towards Auchan hypermarket ramp are performing. Also we are executing the works on the façade of the mall”, - comments current status of the hugest shopping and entertainment project Aleksey Savyak, Chief Executive Officer of the project customer company Megapoliszhytlobud LLC. “The most intensive works though are performing inside the shopping mall, fit out works are in progress everywhere: common areas, galleries, atriums are on the finalizing stage. As well the repairing works in the units of the tenants are accomplishing with reinforced speed. In order to finish all the works in time, in the nearest time the number of people will be doubled – till 2000 people”. 

Elena Kravtsova, Head of Megapoliszhytlobud LLC commercialization department precised that  before New Year and also during the first part of January all the tenants without exception were informed about readiness level of their areas. “The works in the units of the tenants are in progress already. We understand, that not that much time left till opening, but we are committed to fulfil hundred per cent of our obligations. Also we are grateful to the anchor tenants of the mall, which are actively preparing their shops for the opening already”, - resumed KAN Development Marketing Director Ana Popruga. 

Respublika shopping mall – the largest commercial property project in Ukraine ever, activated its construction works in order to open the object in May 2015.
