Today the presentation and launch of Unit Home sales took place!

Unit Home is housing in the UNIT.City Innovation Park from UDP and KAN developers. Designed by the architectural bureau - archimatika.

The residential complex will occupy 11.7 hectares, and the total building area will be 174,940 m². In total, the structure of the future residential complex includes 9 quarters for 2475 apartments. The houses will be different in height - from 6 to 20 floors. The first phase will consist of two buildings with a total area of ​​40,320 m². The number of apartments is 580. The first 1,500 residents will be able to move into new apartments in the second quarter of 2022. In total, UNIT.Home will become a new home for 4,500 residents.

According to Igor Nikonov, the founder of KAN, UNIT.Home buildings are the first in Ukraine to be implemented according to BREEAM standards: “This certificate of green building in the world is a standard in assessing the environmental friendliness and sustainability of housing in 83 countries. Now he will be in Ukraine”.
