Respublika was recognized the most large-scaled superregional shopping and entertainment complex of Ukraine - City AWARDS 2012

On 30-th of October 2012 official ceremony of City AWARDS 2012 took place – national premium of infrastructure development and Ukrainian real estate leaders. The greatest award “The most large-scaled superregional shopping and entertainment complex of Ukraine” was honored shopping and entertainment complex Respublika, new ambitious project, which has no analogs neither in size nor in complex amplitude. 



“Multifunctional complex Respubllika – is totally new for Ukraine conceptual real estate project development. Gross Respublika project area will comprise 1,625 mln.sq.m. Superregional shopping and entertainment complex of about 295 000 sq.m. will be the part of multifunctional complex. 

Respublika is located on the biggest Kiev transit artery – Koltsevaya Road. Big advantage of the project for future residents and visitors of multifunctional complex Respublika will be two new metro stations. 



Micro region compounds the biggest family shopping and entertainment complex Respublika. More than 435 shops, and also unique, first in Ukraine year-round entertainment park of about 22 000 sq.m. will be located in it” – told about the project scales Ruslan Anatol’evich Lavrinenko, commercial director of “Megapoliszhytlobud”, investor of the project. 

In 2013 ceremony of City Awards will be conducted on 3-rd-4-th of October within exhibition-congress of real estate development and territories of City Expo.
