RESPUBLIKA – best place for living, entertainment and leisure time

Very soon there will be a place in Kiev, which will become not only the fashion spot on the map of Ukraine, but also incredible place for living, entertainment and leisure time. It will represent to its visitors unique possibility of getting everything what makes them happier in one place. This place is mixed-use development RESPUBLIKA. Investor of the project is Megapoliszhytlobud LLC, developer – KAN Development. 

A new micro region will contain everything required for comfortable life, including cozy residential area, schools, kindergartens, football pitch, etc. RESPUBLIKA complex will combine modern infrastructure and ideal location: just 20 minutes from Kiev center, close to two new metro stations (Teremky and Kreiser Avrora) and two Kiev transport arteries – Koltsevaya Doroga and Odesskaya highway. 



The enormous shopping and entertainment center will be like no other seen before in Ukraine or the entirety of Europe. Such named “entertainment core”, which will include entertainment park Happylon, 12-hall cinema Multiplex, skating rink with ice slide Mega Ice, will be located in the very center of the complex, and record-breaking for Ukraine 450 shops will surround it. There will be as well such “anchor” tenants, occupying biggest area parts of shopping mall: hypermarket Auchan, fitness center Sport life with swimming pool, sportswear hypermarket Sport Master. 

Being sure in success of RESPUBLIKA project, numerous companies have decided to open several shops at once, for instance, MTI holding will open their seven best brand shops, among which Intertop, Marc O'Polo, Ecco, Timberland, Clarks, Napapijri, ARMANI JEANS. Same number of shops will be opened by Spanish holding Inditex, These are shops: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho и Zara Home. The last one will represent its first home goods collection in Ukraine. Many of the country’s most popular brands will open their flagship stores here, including Mango, Lacoste, Colin’s, Lerros, Arber, Bosch&Siemens, Roy Robson, Samsung Electronics, G-Star Raw, Ostin. Due to such multi brand shops concentration, all the visitors and guests of the capital will be able to enjoy shopping and make choice on their price and taste. 

The biggest delight and amazement will evoke the hugest in Ukraine unique entertainment park Happylon of 10 900 sq.m. Thirty attractions will be represented on the territory of the park: first in Ukraine “Roller coaster” of 500 meters long, huge Drop & Twist tower of 21 meters, Ferry wheel of 6-storey building height and lots of other distractions. 

Alongside these, visitors can also explore a water slide, ghost house, laser labyrinth, electronic car stimulator “Formula-1” in real size – absolute analogue of real race car, and children soft labyrinth. One of the attractions will have three-dimensional movement and will be located just besides the fountain, what will provide the feeling of the plot. 
Immense Wind tunnel, with flying zone of 12 meters, will be located in the middle of Shopping and entertainment center RESPUBLIKA. It will allow everyone to feel free-flight experience. 

Opening of the most expected and large-scale Shopping and entertainment center RESPUBLIKA will be in October 2014. Shopping and entertainment center Respublika will be surprise for the Kievans and city guests, center of the attraction and union of people from all the parts of Ukraine, as it’s RESPUBLIKA – happiness, which is closer.
