Shopping and entertainment center will be opened in March 2015

Megapoliszhytlobud LLC transfers opening date of Shopping and entertainment center Respublika – the third biggest shopping mall in Europe, to March 2015 due to unstable economic and political situation in the country. It has been informed by Head of investor commercialization department Elena Kravtsova. 

UTG company, the brokerage agent of the project, considers transferring of shopping mall opening date being the necessity of time. “Today we see some difficulties – starting with specialized authorities to moral and economic situation of customers in general”, - explained UTG company partner Vitaliy Boyko. “Reaction of company experts is well expected and logical decision in current situation. That’s why we corrected soonest possible tenant mix plan and schedule of tenants’ repairing works. The work continues in accordance with updated schedule, and opening of Shopping and entertainment center will take place in March 2015 for sure”, - added project investor Megapoliszhytlobud LLC Chief executive officer Alexey Savyak. 



“March – favorable time for presentation of new collections, kick-offs of new projects, and for new decisions and innovations in general. That’s why we are sure that spring period will become perfect start for all the tenants of the shopping and entertainment center. In addition, we see not only economic expediency, but also a social one. Our goal – is not just open a new shopping mall, but bring the motto of our project – “Respublika – closer to happiness” – to life, add positive and happy emotions into the lives of Ukrainians and guests of the capital”, - remarks Elena Kravtsova. 

“At the same time construction of the shopping and entertainment center continues. Completion in the middle of May consists of totally finished facade perimeter and roof, fitting out works are in progress. At the beginning of this summer already the tenants will start repairing works in their shops”, - informed at KAN Development. 

Let us recall that opening of Shopping and entertainment center Respublika had been scheduled on November 2014.
