All LPP brands will open their shops in Shopping and entertainment Respublika

The biggest fashion – retailer LPP SA, continuing to extend its presence on the Ukrainian market, prepares ambitious opening of the shops of all its brands in Shopping and entertainment center Respublika. Corresponding lease agreement has been signed by project investor Megapoliszhytlobud LLC with participation of UTG company. 

In the biggest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine, LPP Group company will be represented with its famous on the Ukrainian market brands: Reserved, Mohito, Cropp Town, House and Sinsay. 



“For the first time in Ukraine LPP shops in Respublika shopping mall will be opened in such big formats, with the fullest collection and individual concept”, - told Maria Kokoshkina, Head of LPP SA group development department. 

Overall LPP SA shopping areas in Shopping and entertainment center Respublika will exceed 3870 sq.m, what will allow to provide the widest assortment of clothes and accessories to the visitors attention. 

“Under current conditions it’s of prime importance, that Shopping and entertainment center Respublika is positioned not only as successful shopping and entertainment project. Its scope is a motivation for economical development of the capital. More than 450 shops and 50 restaurants in Shopping and entertainment center Respublika – new working places. Foreign brands, which appear on the Ukrainian market for the first time – these are significant investitions in the country economy”, - informs Head of project investor Megapoliszhytlobud LLC commercialization department Elena Kravtsova. 

RESPUBLIKA complex combines modern infrastructure and ideal location, and perfectly selected tenant pull of the shopping mall will make the life of the people living in neighboring micro district more comfortable. 

“International retail chains continue considering Ukrainian market for their expansion development, as they believe in its potential and early soon revival. A lot of Ukrainian retailers express active interest towards our project, sign the agreements for new shops openings or for relocation of the existing ones within Shopping and entertainment center Respublika, - told Sergey Zaika, Head of UTG company project. – Unique format of mega moll, due to which the tenants get the areas sufficient for full collections representation, is one the biggest attractions. Once Respublika shopping mall is opened, you won’t have to visit all the shops in the city in order to find one thing – all the full-scale collections will be represented here”. 

LPP brand shops in new formats, and also more than 400 boutiques of other brands will start their work in October 2014, when the opening of the Shopping and entertainment center Respublika takes place.
