Commissioned to conceive a design statement that was to be in context with the rich history and urban fabric of the busy Bessarabka of downtown Kyiv, we’ve set the industry standard for the capital’s “A Class” business centers with The Dominant.

With its double glazed tilted glass floor-to-ceiling windows, intersecting foyers, lobbies and galleries, the external facade in sculptured Italian granite tiles, and elegant copper-clad tower domes, this design hides a multitude of user friendly features – noiseless elevators, modern air-conditioning and heating systems, a modern building management service, among others.

Commanding a prime downtown location, sophisticated luxury and every modern comfort in its every detail, The Dominant is one of the most exclusive business addresses in Kiev to-date.
