The KAN Development companies group received regular award for the implemented project

Ministry of Regional Development has named the best building social facilities, built on the territory of Ukraine in 2014. The winner of competition is pre-school the Academy of modern education as a part of the residential complex "Comfort Town". The project developer is the company "KAN Development", the general contractor - "KAN Bud"

The Academy includes: music school, recording studio, photo and film school, early development center, a computer class, gym, theater studio, an art club, foreign language school and concert hall for 250 seats. Also as a part of the RC "Comfort Town" separately operated a kindergarten of the Academy of modern education A +, located in a nearby building.
