KAN Development launches the construction of Respublika residence complex in Kyiv

KAN Development has acquired a part of the land plot within the project of the multifunctional residence complex "Respublika". That means KAN Development will start soon the construction of a residential complex on a 22-hectare site near the future shopping mall on Kiltseva road, 1 in Kyiv.
"Four years after the financing of the project was stopped, we managed to buy a land plot where the construction of the resident complex was originally planned, and we restored the project in the same concept," the Honorary President of KAN Development Igor Nikonov told Interfax-Ukraine.

As he said, the company has already started construction work on the site and plans to complete the implementation of the resident complex "Respublika" in 4-5 years. "As planned, the project includes a well-thought infrastructure with a kindergarten, a school, a medical center, public squares, barbecue areas, sports grounds, including courts for Paddle-Tennis."
